Stepping Out - Gaia

This was an entry for the Furtive and Puckish contest on Gaia, my rendition of the lovely pepper-tea's avatar.

I wanted to do a neat art effect in the background and the back pert of her foot and the cat in black and white as if they were stepping out of this film-noir style picture, but alas, I am not that talented. So I made do.
